Dr Rachel Callaghan

Rachel is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and has a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Queensland University of Technology. She has worked in the mental health profession for close to 10 years working with adults and children.
Rachel brings a person-centred approach to her clinical work. She believes in understanding each person’s unique situation and providing evidence-based, best practice support to suit you. She is passionate about supporting everyone to achieve their personal goals for wellness and mental health.
Lynne is registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. She qualified in South Africa with a Masters in Clinical Psychology and then went on to complete a Doctoral equivalent course in the UK. She has also more recently completed an additional 2-year specialism in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Lynne has worked for almost 15 years across a range of settings including community and hospital, and her experience and expertise lie in working with adolescents and adults to help them to overcome their difficulties and achieve a sense of wellbeing.
Lynne’s approach is holistic and person-centred. She believes in tailoring the therapy to the needs of the individual and working collaboratively with the client to achieve the desired outcome. Her therapeutic approaches include CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. She has experience in working with a range of difficulties including trauma (PTSD), anxiety, panic, phobias, social anxiety, OCD, depression, post-natal depression, bipolar disorder, bereavement, relationship difficulties, life transition and adjustment difficulties, self-esteem, self-development and stress management.
Sophie is a registered Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and she has been practicing since 2013. Having worked in a variety of settings, she brings with her a wealth of experience. Sophie works from frameworks including cognitive behaviour therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy and adopts a person-centred and strengths-based approach in sessions. With knowledge of multiple therapeutic frameworks and an ability to communicate concepts in an understandable way, Sophie is able to work well with children, adolescents, and adults. In addition to her clinical work, Sophie has also been completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology which she is soon to complete.
Chrystal is registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. She obtained a Bachelor of Psychological Science with honours from the University of Queensland followed by a Masters of Clinical Psychology at Griffith University. Chrystal has experience across multiple settings including clinical, community, school, and hospital settings and she enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan. Through her clinical work, Chrystal endeavours to assist children, adolescents, adults and their families to build resilience and remain positive in the face of life’s challenges.
Her areas of interest and experience include anxiety, OCD, depression and emotional issues, social skills training, behavioural challenges and disorders, and parenting strategies. Chrystal believes in capitalising on individuals’ strengths and adopting a holistic approach involving family systems, other caregivers, and medical professionals in order to achieve the best outcomes. Chrystal works from frameworks including cognitive behaviour therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
Dr Laura Moon

Laura is registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. She obtained a Bachelor of Psychological Science with first class honours and completed a Doctorate in Psychology (Clinical) at The University of Queensland. Laura has a passion for working with children and adolescents and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her work with The Child Health Service and The Child and Youth Mental Health Service.
We are also grateful for the wonderful administrative support provided by Steph who will often be the smiling face greeting you on arrival and answering your calls. Steph is an experienced practice manager with a very caring nature who will always try to help if you have any questions.
We love working alongside Deanne who is a certified practicing member of Speech Pathology Australia. Deanne aims to maintain a high level of knowledge in the area of paediatric speech pathology. This involves meeting yearly professional development standards which are set by her professional association. She has training in numerous evidence based programs, including the Lidcombe Program for stuttering and the Hanen 'It Takes Two to Talk' program.
