I am a registered Clinical Psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents and adults across a range of clinical, community, educational and hospital settings. I hold a Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from the University of Queensland and a Master of Clinical Psychology from Griffith University.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate and evidence-based, with an emphasis on understanding each individual’s circumstances, strengths, and goals.
I have experience supporting people experiencing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma-related difficulties, and behavioural and emotional challenges. My therapeutic approach draws on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-focused approaches, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
