Having obtained a Bachelor of Psychological Science with honours from the University of Queensland followed by a Masters of Clinical Psychology at Griffith University, I am registered as a Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. I have experience across multiple settings including clinical, community, school, and hospital settings and I enjoy working with individuals across the lifespan. Through my clinical work, I endeavour to assist children, adolescents, adults and their families to build resilience and remain positive in the face of life’s challenges.
My areas of interest and experience include anxiety, OCD, depression, social skills training, behavioural challenges and disorders, and parenting strategies. I believe in capitalising on individuals’ strengths and adopting a holistic approach involving family systems, other caregivers, and medical professionals in order to achieve the best outcomes. I work from frameworks including cognitive behaviour therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy.
